Our Journey with the National Academy of Sports Medicine™

In 2019, our CEO obtained the certification as a personal trainer in the United States from the renowned National Academy of Sports Medicine™ (NASM™).

In 2020, upon returning to Brazil, she decided, under divine guidance, to translate the NASM™ certification book.

In 2022, after a year and a half of hard work in translating NASM™ materials, our CEO reached out to the American company with the objective of establishing a partnership to launch the product and the company in Brazil, recognizing the potential and the country's need in this segment.

NASM™, recognizing the business potential, promptly responded. We initiated a series of meetings to align expectations, considering that for over 10 years, NASM™ had plans to invest in the country. After our CEO presented the plans, it was concluded that the strategy was aligned with NASM™'s objectives to bring certifications to Brazil.

After several meetings for understanding and planning, it was decided to create the company "Ambrozio’s Institute International Fitness and Wellness" with the aim of implementing the American model of OPT certification and training in Brazil. This would provide Brazilians with the opportunity to obtain a certification from the world's largest and most renowned fitness company.

Izabelli Ambrozio

CEO & Co-Founder

Izabelli Ambrozio, born in Pato Branco, Paraná, is a nurse specialized in sports medicine and fitness, certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM™). After almost seven years in the United States, where she worked as a personal trainer and volunteer coach, she founded Izabelli Ambrozio Personal Trainer, offering personalized online training. Observing the lack of knowledge about NASM™ techniques in Brazil, she translated the educational material and founded Ambrozio’s Institute International Fitness and Wellness, the only institution in Brazil authorized to commercialize the NASM™ certificate. Guided by her Christian faith, Izabelli is dedicated to saving lives and promoting health and well-being.

I am 58 years old, married for almost 35 years to Claudia, who is the love of my life. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, I lived 3 years in Paraná and 25 years in Minas Gerais, and currently reside in Praia Grande/SP since September 2022. I am an entrepreneur with 33 years of experience in the technology field, including specializations such as Data Scientist from Johns Hopkins University, Specialist in Industry 4.0 and Smart Cities, and a partner in several companies. I have also been involved in human development for over 35 years, with a background in Theology, Philosophy, and Psychology, as well as several certifications in coaching and mentoring. My purpose for the past 7 years has been to change the lives of 1 million people, families, and companies. My most important title is Servant of the Lord Jesus, whom I have been serving for 39 years.
