Requirements to Obtain the "NASM Approved Facility" Seal

- At least 50% of the fitness professionals (instructors, personal trainers, etc.) at the gym must possess a valid certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

2. Documentation and Verification:

- The gym must provide documentary evidence of the professionals' certifications.
- This documentation must include copies of the NASM certificates as well as the list of certified employees.

3. Certification Updates:**

- The gym must ensure that the professionals' certifications are updated according to NASM requirements.
- Proof of continued education or recertification must be provided when applicable.

4. Training Environment:**

- The gym must maintain a safe and appropriate environment for physical activity, following safety and hygiene standards.
- Equipment must be of quality and regularly maintained.

5. Continuous Training and Development:**

- The gym must promote the continuous development of its professionals through courses, workshops, and training offered by NASM or other recognized entities.

6. Commitment to Excellence:**

- The gym must demonstrate a continuous commitment to excellence in customer service, ensuring that the best training and nutrition practices are followed.

7. Inspection and Evaluation:**

- The gym must be available for periodic inspections and evaluations by NASM or authorized representatives.
- These evaluations may include on-site visits, employee interviews, and review of training practices.

8. Marketing and Advertising:**

- Upon obtaining the "NASM Approved Facility" seal, the gym must use it ethically and in accordance with NASM's established guidelines.
- Any promotional material must accurately reflect the level of certification and adherence to NASM standards.

9. Compliance with NASM Policies:**

- The gym must adhere to all policies and regulations established by NASM, including ethics and professional conduct policies.
